New and improved

Do more. Do it faster. Do it better. Be better!  In today’s culture we are bombarded with images and tag lines that tell us simply, we are not enough. We are stalked and chased down the path of having to hustle for our worthiness. This path leads to a rabbit hole, where we find ourselves feeling as though no matter how hard we try, it’s never enough. It’s no wonder the rates of depression and anxiety are at an all time high. It’s time for a change of pace. New and Improved is an honest and fun discussion about how to take the best care of yourself in order to be the best version of you. We will learn how to push back against the language of “I’m too busy” and you will learn how to embrace a new language of “I am worthy”. During this first segment, we will learn to the embrace the idea of a new and improved version of ourselves without changing a thing! Practical, tips, tools and resources will be provided.
